{Autumn Recap}

I thought I was in the midst of Autumn. It snowed yesterday. I think I was wrong, I think we're at the very end of it...  Snow tires are being acquired this week and I purchased my very first Peppermint Mocha at Starbucks this weekend.

So this is my Autumn Recap. It was a lovely Fall.

{Country Girl}

I love living the city. But every once in a while this city girl needs to go back to her country girl roots. Breathe the fresh air. Drive fast in the winding roads. Watch the birds fly around. See nature chance colors around me.

{There's a Reason...}

There's a reason they say not to go to the grocery store when you're hungry. If it's in my case, you may end up coming home with these. Which never under any circumstance, ever ever, have I been compelled to eat this before now. Just sayin.

{Beauty Faves}

 

Everybody has their "beauty essentials." And these are mine.

Left to right

1. Herbal Essences color me happy. The only shampoo I'll use.

2. Essie nail color.... gorgeous! Right now I'm loving a deep, matte purple.

3. Dove Hairspray- not too heavy, or too light.

4. Sally Hansen's cuticle cream. Change my life forever. Seriously.

5. Cortizone Eczema cream. Yeah, I get eczema really badly.

6. Pond's cold Cream. Just like my mom, I use it everyday.

7. Floss. I am an avid flosser.

8.Nars blush. My vice.

9. Stila Shimmer... this stuff is like crack to me.

10. Burt. Need I say more?

11. Philosophy shower gel in Bubbly. SO yummy!

12. Dior Addict Shine. My recent favorite in perfume.

{Autumn color}

I'm so enamored by the colors of fall all around me. I'm so blessed to live in a place that I get to experience four beautiful seasons. I get to see the beauty everyday. I'm so thankful. I'm so thankful for so much right now. God is so good to me, even when it seems hard. What are you thankful for today?
