{I'll be an awesome student}

On Wednesday, September the 21st, 2011 I will start my adult life. Actually, I feel very much like I have regressed in age.

Whatevs.

Regardless, I start a very new chapter in my life, or maybe more like a brand new book.

I start college.

I know, I know... I've been outta high school for a while and all... but it's time. I'm going for Interior Design. I'll become a prop stylist and design lovely shoots for Vogue and Anthro and other amazing things.

{A decision}

I'm at such a crossroads in my life. Nothing that I have ever planned for myself is still in effect. Really... nothing. While sometimes I am overcome with emotions and sadness, I try not to dwell on it, and instead focus on the potential. Wow. The potential. I've really had to reevaluate my life which beckons the question, "What the heck do I want to do with my life?" What do I want? Well, I've decided. I'm starting school in January. I'll graduate in 4 years from Washington State University with a BA in Interior Design. I really want to be a prop stylist for sweet photoshoots. Okay, dream job? Prop stylist for Anthropologie catalog photo shoots. I'm dreaming big.

I'm showing you right now some of my favorite work from interior stylist, Lo Bjurulf, who works for Ikea (also a fun job). I find it all so inspiring.

P.S. Thanks for everyone for keep on letting me rant about all the drama in my life. I think it pretty much over now. I hope. You guys rock. :)

I'm so proud to announce the start of my new floral design blog- Posey & Bloom! It will be solely dedicated to floral design. I'm so excited. It's not very far along, but I'll be keeping it updated all the time. Hope you enjoy it.

Happy Monday, all! 

And it truly is very happy. Why? Well...

0. If you're tired of hearing me blog about the Farm Chicks... all I have to say is get used to it.

1. This weekend was amazing (I'll post pictures of the show and my beautiful treasures soon)

2. I got to "sleep in" until 7:30 AM.

3. Mostly I'm so happy because I can tell you a secret I've been keeping and have been dying to share!! Serena (of the Farm Chicks) is opening a shop in Spokane. If that wasn't exciting enough.... I'm the manager!

The shop will be opening hopefully sometime in July. And don't worry. I'll keep you all updated. :)

P.S. "So if Serena is the Farm Chick, does that make you the Farm...Duck? Goose?" -My dad
