Well, hello! I'm so excited to share with you the reason I've been away. Over Memorial Day weekend some of my very dearest friends got married. Words cannot even explain how beautiful the entire extended weekend was. I was so thankful to have 5 long days away from work. A fun trip to Whidbey Island with a dear friend. Lots of memories. Beautiful florals and inspiration. A week spent with my favorite people. It was amazing.

I've been there once. And I'd like to go back.

So I'm bound to the states for a while. I think I get to take a little vacation soon, though. I'm so ready.

So I left out a little detail of going to Ethiopia.... when I am done I will be flying from the capitol (Addis Ababa) to Athens to stay for a week! A dream vacation of mine! I will be meeting up with my parents who will already have been there about a week, and I will join them for another week. I am so excited. I think I should wear something like this...
